Case Study: Carbonated soft-drink

Challenge: Can we test a radically designed “soccer ball” bottle to see if it will stay intact after filling with carbonated soft drink?

Pack 3.0 Solution: Using our advanced digital simulation technology, Pack 3.0 engineers were able to show that the bottle would significantly inflate in the grip area when filled, resulting in a drastic loss of the soccer ball design.

Later trials run by our client fully confirmed the prediction of our simulation results.
